He has participated in master classes by Joe Pass, Larry Carlton, and Robin Ford, etc. His career as a session musician makes it clear that he has an excellent level and potential in almost all genres. He is also well-versed in rock guitar, blues, country, bluegrass, and folk.

He turned to the world of classical guitar around his twenties. In 1997, he encountered the world's greatest master of classical guitar and the last successor of Spanish guitar, Pepe Romero, a rare master who has constantly reached the top of the world and continues to fascinate people all over the world. Since then, he has become Pepe's beloved disciple and now has a close relationship with him, as if he were his Japanese son. In addition, he studied composition methods of classical music under Leo Brouwer, a composer who represents the modern music scene. He truly learns in the world's top class field.

Pepeta's style, which covers all genres and reconstructs all elements within itself without setting any barriers between genres, has been highly praised as a guitarist, composer, arranger, and musician.
